Delete your
Merit Pulse account.
Close your account and delete its associated data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.
What happens after you confirm
- Your account access closes immediately.
- Your profile and sign-in credentials are removed.
- Your learning history, plans, bookmarks, live participation, rankings, prize claims and other account-linked records are scheduled for deletion.
- Deletion is permanent. Your account and progress cannot be restored.
Remaining records are removed in background batches. Shared quizzes and event definitions remain. Hosting logs and provider backups follow provider retention settings. See our retention details.
Need help with your account?
If you have forgotten your password or have an unresolved prize claim, email sipnotechsolutions@gmail.com with your username and an account-deletion request. We will verify ownership before acting. Do not email your password.
You can also delete your account in Merit Pulse → Settings → Delete account.
